Search instructions: To search by your class choose the term from the drop down box and press GO. On the next page you can choose the department, course, and section and you will see all of the books available for that class.

OR

To search by Title or Author for an individual book, type the Title or Author's name in the box, choose either Title or Author from the drop down box and press GO.

Your order must be returned or exchanged within two(2) business days after receiving it.

There are NO Returns on workbooks, lab manuals/notebooks, study guides, CD/DVDs. and/or access codes. If the textbook is shrink wraped with an access code and is opened, it is not returnable.

There is a 10% restocking fee for each eligible return or exchange.There is a $2.00 shrink wrap fee for broken/opened shrink wrap on all eligible returns. You must provide the original purchase receipt in order to receive a refund. Shipping/Handling fees are not refundable.

Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook.

Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
